How to Order

How to order:

Browse through our product range by clicking on the categories in the left hand column. The sub-categories are to be found in the middle of the page and all items have been sorted into appropriate categories.

Click on the “add to basket” button to place an item into the virtual shopping basket. This can be viewed at anytime from the “your basket” tab towards the top of the screen.

To order more than one of an item, put the amount required in the “quantity” box in the basket and click “update”

Items not currently in stock:

You can still order an item that isn’t currently in stock but it will take longer to be despatched. At any one time, some items may not be available from suppliers – a refund will be given in due course.

The stock definitions are as follows:

In Stock: The Item is already in stock

Awaiting Stock: The item has already been ordered from suppliers and awaiting delivery.

Available to Order: Item is not currently in stock but is available from suppliers - items will typically be dispatched within 7-14 days. Items can be ordered in for free, with payment made when item is ready to send.

Currently Unavailable: Items currently unobtainable from suppliers. Item may be deleted from the catalogue or awaiting new shipment from China.

Forthcoming Release: The item has not yet been released

It is advisable to contact us before ordering and we can inform whether we will be able to supply the item to you.

Vouchers:

From time to time, voucher codes will be sent to customers which will allow discounts to their order – regardless of item purchased. To use a voucher, type the code into the voucher box and click “update”

To pay for the contents of the basket:

When you are satisfied with your baskets contents click on “Pay by Cheque” if you wish to pay by cheque or for Debit and Credit cards click on “Pay by Nochex”. After filling in your delivery address details, you will be taken to the Nochex website to complete the payment information. Nochex ltd. provide the card processing for the website. Their servers are totally secure and no card information is passed onto me. Users of Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards need to sign up to the Verified by Visa and MasterCard secure schemes – if you haven’t already done so, you will be given the opportunity to do so. These schemes act as an online “pin number” so your credit/debit card cannot be used without your password. All credit/debit card payments will shows as “payment to Nochex ltd.” on your statement. Currently, Nochex don’t offer a deferred payment scheme so funds will be transferred immediately.

Items can be sent First or Second Class or by Royal Mail Standard Parcel. For prices, please read the Shipping page.

International Customers:

We can ship to overseas territories but please contact us first to arrange delivery costs and type

Returns:

If you are unhappy with an item or it's condition, send it back within 28 days for a full refund (including return postal charges) or a replacement.
